PROJECT INFO:

This project is aimed at supporting the digital transformation of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Barbados' primary acute care medical facility, by creating the necessary enabling environment to effect positive change.

The Goods, Consulting Services and Non-Consulting Services to be procured include but are not limited to:

• Procurement and implementation of a Health Information System;

• Execution of a change management consultancy to support the successful implementation of the Health Information System.

• Training in basic computer skills for QEH personnel;

• Development of Data Governance, Cybersecurity, and Interoperability frameworks to support the implementation and usage of the Health Information System;

• Conducting normative assessments and time and motion studies to assess the efficiency of QEH’s organisational workflow;

• Development of a Business Intelligence strategy for the QEH; and Procurement of key services and goods to support project administration
